We have certainly seen some beautiful countryside so far!

The hills of Tennessee gave way to Kentucky fields and rivers.  Several communities along the Tennessee, Ohio,  and Mississippi Rivers have embraced their waterfront and built riverwalk areas and parks.  The terrain in Illinois was flat for miles, and we were surrounded on each side by corn as far as the eye could see! Wind turbines dotted the fields.  As we got into Iowa, we began to see hills again.  Even areas right along the riverfront were higher elevation.  Several cute towns were on the water (Dubuque, IA).  Wisconsin was so picturesque!  Hills and valleys, barns and silos.  Elevation was about 1,200 feet.  Enjoying scenic Minnesota now.... and rolling on!
